Privacy and your body data
Optional means separate, reversible, and off.
Body data is sensitive. The core service uses what it needs to perform the features you request. Training, brand sharing, and social sharing are three different choices, and none is required.

What the service collects
- Account and sign-in information needed to operate your account.
- Raw capture photos for scan processing, subject to the short retention window below.
- Derived geometry, measurements, confidence information, provenance, scan conditions, and version history.
- Closet, style, support, and preference information you choose to add.
- Security and operational records needed to protect and run the service.
Raw captures and derived data
Raw capture photos are deleted within 24 hours after successful processing and immediately after failed or abandoned processing. Derived geometry, measurements, and prior versions remain until you remove a scan or delete your account, subject to the boundaries explained below.
The three optional consents
Each option is independent, revocable, and off by default.
- Model training
- Allows eligible data to be used under the separate training and research protocol. Training is off unless you actively choose it.
- Brand sharing
- Allows body-related information to be shared with a brand or merchant for the stated purpose. It is not required for core service processing.
- Social sharing
- Allows the sharing flow you choose. Measurements are not auto-published.
Operating the core service is a contractual necessity, so it is explained rather than presented as an optional switch.
What is not sent to analytics or ads
The website application has no analytics and sets no first-party cookies. In the product, measurements, body images, body-derived attributes, and capture or consent activity are excluded from analytics, advertising, attribution, and session replay.
Sharing and exports
Your measurements are not social by default. You may deliberately export a spec sheet or measurement file, and you may take screenshots. If you export or screenshot information, that copy is yours to control.
Deletion
In-app deletion targets primary systems within 24 hours. Vendor copies are removed within the applicable contractual service level. Backups expire on the published backup cycle, and deletion is reapplied if a backup is restored. Limited records may be retained where law, fraud prevention, safety, billing, or a valid legal hold requires it.

Your choices
You can withdraw an optional consent without withdrawing the other two. You can request access, correction, portability, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights through the signed-in controls or by contacting [email protected] if you cannot sign in.
